Objective of Industrial Training

• Industrial training equips students with necessary skills sets, experiences and knowledge. There are number of colleges/institutes offering varied degree course in IT but enrolling in IT institute is not sufficient, it is not a promise of great career. Institutes and colleges follow definite pattern or syllabus; it could not be possible for them to revise it with each and every new discovery and development in the world. It's the students who have to toil hard, look for other options by which he/she acquired necessary skills sets to compete in the rapid changing market. A good Industrial Training institute is one of the options. It bridges the gap in academic curriculum and in the industry. It can help students to learn new technology, stay them updated with market demand, making them aware of new development and discoveries and develop skills and competencies require to become employable.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge both are inseparable and important part of learning. Theoretical knowledge is the base of doing thing practically and it is of no use until or unless it is not practically implemented. • Industrial training exposes students to real work environment and accustoms them with organizational structure, business operation, work ethics etc. They get to know how to interact with clients, understand their expectation, real time software application, installation, configuration, testing etc which they have just studied in books.

• Industrial training provides them exposure to tools and technology used in the industry. None of the tools used in industry are the part of their academic curriculum. Nowadays students are running merely to collect certificate paying no attention to their industrial training due to which there is serious lack of trained professionals with the desired skill sets in the IT industry.
